Host rules
Minimum Spend: The listed rates are based on a minimum spend, which includes all food, drinks, and bottles. Any shortfall must be paid by the host.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final bill. The remaining balance is due 5 working days before the event.
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled 14 days or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Guest Numbers: Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.
Damages: Hosts are liable for any damages. A credit card authorisation may be held as a security measure.
External Items: Outside food and drink are not permitted unless agreed in advance. Celebration cakes may be allowed with prior notice.
Licensing & Conduct: We operate under a strict licensing policy. Management reserves the right to end an event early for safety or behavioural reasons.
