• Location-only hire – All equipment, lighting, props, and crew must be supplied by the hirer.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No parties or loud music – This is a residential area and must be respected.
• Maximum number of people 10 on site at any time.
• Respect the space – Please leave the property as you found it.
• No permanent changes – No drilling, painting, or attaching anything to walls or surfaces.
• Use limited to agreed-upon areas – Please stick to the spaces included in your booking.
• Trash and equipment removal – All rubbish and personal items must be removed at the end of the hire.
• Set-up and pack-down times must be included within your booking period.
• Insurance is recommended – You are responsible for any damage or injuries that occur during your hire.
