Host rules
- The space must be used only for agreed-upon purposes (e.g., co-working, events, workshops, pop-ups, or private hire).
- Respect the building’s character and contents — it’s a historic space and has been lovingly restored.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building or courtyard.
- Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evenings or when using amplified sound.
- Maximum guest numbers must be pre-agreed at the time of booking. Overcapacity may result in the termination of hire.
- The building is accessed via a gated pedestrian walkway. Ensure the gate is closed after entry for security.
- Access is limited to booked floors only unless otherwise agreed.
- The basement kitchen may be used by caterers or hosts; please ensure it is left clean and tidy.
- Any external food or drink suppliers must be approved in advance.
- Alcohol may be served for private, non-ticketed events. Events involving alcohol sales require appropriate licensing.
- We do not currently hold a premises licence — please discuss in advance if your event involves alcohol.
- All spaces must be left as found. Basic cleaning is included, but excessive mess or damage will incur charges.
- Please dispose of rubbish in designated bins or remove it with you.
- The projector and screen are available for use. Please request any AV or tech support in advance.
- Bring your own laptop or device to connect via HDMI or wireless (subject to compatibility).
- You are responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests throughout your booking.
- Any loss or damage must be reported immediately and may be chargeable.
- No overnight stays unless by prior written agreement.
- We ask all users to be mindful of energy and water use

This venue occupies a former bakery on Endell Street, with a legacy that includes its past life as The Caravan Club, an iconic LGBTQ+ venue in the 1930s, and today it mixes industrial heritage and modern comfort, ideal for creative teams, brands, and businesses seeking a distinctive central London space.
