Located on the ground floor of an iconic Richard Rogers office tower, between St Pauls and The Barbican in The City, this architects office is flooded with natural light and full of interesting, modern design features. The 4,500ft2 space was recently redeveloped and comprises a un-obstructed double height open plan office, a variety of styles of meeting, break-out and desk space, a large separate meeting/ board room, a library space and a kitchen diner complete with dart board. There are floor to ceiling windows, framed by smooth minimalist concrete columns, along the length of the front and half of the rear facade to the courtyard, some dark and moody wall colours, a vast yellow structural steel feature and a coffered concrete ceiling throughout which has been left exposed to give the space a loft feel, which is softened by the large tropical house plants. Access is directly from the lobby before the security point where there is a cafe, toilets and further break out spaces. This location can be available mid week and at weekends.
