Downstairs brings the creative energy with a light-filled corner, a rainbow of backdrops, and open space just waiting for your next shoot or small workshop.

Hourly Rate: £45
Half-Day (Up to 4 hours): £170
Full-Day (Up to 8 hours): £340
Includes access to all themed areas (excluding monthly member-only backdrops), lighting equipment, changing area, and studio amenities.

Booking Time Includes Set-Up and Pack-Down
Please arrive and leave within your booked time slot.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
A designated area can be provided outside if needed.
Leave the Space As You Found It
Clean up after your session and return props/furniture to original positions.
Respect the Sets and Equipment
Any damage may result in a charge.
No Loud Music After 10PM
Unless previously agreed for private bookings.
Guests Must Be Declared in Advance
Let us know if you're bringing a team or audience.
Use Only the Areas Included in Your Booking
Access to certain areas/backdrops may be limited based on your package.
No Loitering in Common Areas of the Building
Please remain within the studio premises during your hire.
