The Members Lounge at Oru East Dulwich is an inviting, design-led space ideal for intimate events with character. With its cosy aesthetic, eclectic furnishings, and warm lighting, the lounge offers a relaxed yet stylish backdrop for gatherings of all kinds - from brand pop-ups and creative workshops to private dining, talks, and music nights.
Available for private hire outside of core members' hours, the space comes equipped with flexible seating, a soundsystem, access to plug sockets and WiFi. We also offer in-house catering from Trinco, our vegetarian restaurant, with options ranging from Sri Lankan-inspired sharing platters to elegant canapés.

We’re delighted to welcome you to Oru East Dulwich. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests and smooth event operations, please review and adhere to the following house rules:
General Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully and responsibly within the venue.
Discriminatory, abusive, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests throughout the hire period.
Capacity & Access
Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed capacity.
Access is permitted only during the booked hire period unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Food & Drink
Catering is available through our on-site vegetarian Sri Lankan restaurant, Trinco.
External catering may be permitted with prior agreement, subject to additional fees.
Music & Noise
Background music is permitted; DJs/live music must be approved in advance.
We are located in a residential area — please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 9pm.
Setup & Decoration
All setup and pack-down must occur within the booked hours.
Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, or open flames.
The space must be left clean and tidy. Waste should be disposed of using provided bins.
Studio & Wellness Spaces
Wellness studios are to be used only for their intended purpose unless agreed otherwise.
No outdoor footwear, food, or drink (except water) permitted in studio spaces.
Pets
Dogs are welcome in the café and lounge but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Pets are not permitted in the studios or food service areas.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Damage & Liability
Any damage caused to the space, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the hirer.
Oru East Dulwich does not accept responsibility for personal items lost or left behind.
