The Members Lounge is a private Event Space in Oru Space Dulwich that functions as a furnished, living-room style social lounge designed for relaxed, small-group use.
Design: The Members Lounge presents a homely, mid-century inspired interior of timber‑panel walls, patterned rugs and mixed upholstered seating. The room receives steady natural light and is softened by potted plants and warm standing lamps.
Features: The Members Lounge provides freestanding sofas, armchairs and low coffee tables that can be rearranged to suit different layouts. The room is equipped with a PA system and speakers, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and it permits own music or external DJs. The space has step‑free access, wheelchair‑accessible entry and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Small creative teams and community groups seeking a relaxed, conversational setting for seated meetings, workshops or informal social gatherings.

General Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully and responsibly within the venue.
Discriminatory, abusive, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests throughout the hire period.
Capacity & Access
Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed capacity.
Access is permitted only during the booked hire period unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Food & Drink
Catering is available through our on-site vegetarian Sri Lankan restaurant, Trinco.
External catering may be permitted with prior agreement, subject to additional fees.
Music & Noise
Background music is permitted; DJs/live music must be approved in advance.
We are located in a residential area — please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 9pm.
Setup & Decoration
All setup and pack-down must occur within the booked hours.
Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, or open flames.
The space must be left clean and tidy. Waste should be disposed of using provided bins.
Studio & Wellness Spaces
Wellness studios are to be used only for their intended purpose unless agreed otherwise.
No outdoor footwear, food, or drink (except water) permitted in studio spaces.
Pets
Dogs are welcome in the café and lounge but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Pets are not permitted in the studios or food service areas.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Damage & Liability
Any damage caused to the space, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the hirer.
Oru East Dulwich does not accept responsibility for personal items lost or left behind.
