Host rules

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of the £145 per person to be paid in advance upon making your reservation; this will be redeemed against the bill on the evening.

We request 1 week notice for every cancellation. For bookings cancelled in less time, no refund will apply, or if numbers change to less on the day all confirmed menus will be charged and served.

Please note that in the case of a refund there will be a 5% admin charge for cases under £2000 and 10% for cases over £2000

All menus are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. A discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to your bill.

Dress Code:
Reflecting the elegant nature of Park Chinois we operate a dress code: Smart Elegant. The following will not be permitted:
* Sportswear and leisure wear
* Shorts, ripped jeans
* Hats, caps and hoodies
* Trainers, sneakers and flip-flops.

Our team reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are deemed to be unsuitably dressed.
Overcoats, umbrellas, briefcases, large portfolios, parcels, and bags must be left in the cloakroom, without exception and are left entirely at the guests' own risk.

We make every effort to ensure the prices published on our menus, website and third-party sites are correct and current. However, we reserve the right to make changes to pricing and listings without notice.

We reserve the right to ask all guests to abide by our code of conduct and respect the other dinner in the restaurant. We do not permit any decorations or paraphernalia in the restaurant and will ask guests to change or leave any items in the cloakroom until departure.

We do not allow our guests to bring any food or beverages into the restaurant for health and safety reasons.

An entertainment cover charge of £10 per person will be added to the final bill when dining in Salon Noir.

An entertainment cover charge of £27.50 per person will be added to the final bill.
