Rules of the space
The time slot for events is 9 hours including set up and packing up time ( such a birthday party/hen-do /private dinner)
If you need More hours for you specific event need to be discuss together and eventually approved by me.
No after party allowed
Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
Check out by 11 pm
THE DOOR OF THE STUDIO MUST BE SHUT DURING THE EVENT.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE GUEST TO SELL ALCOHOL OR TO CHARGE AT THE DOOR TO ENTRY.
EVENTS WITH PAY BAR/DOOR INVOLVED- REQUIRED TEN(TEMPORARY EVENT LICENSE)
SO PLEASE NEED TO BE DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE WITH ME.
OUR CLEANING SERVICE NOT INCLUDE KITCHEN AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT-SO GUEST KINDLY RETURN IT AS THEY FOUND OR THE ALL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT
NO DRINKS ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE BUILDING IN THE SMOKING AREA(MAX 3 PERSON PER TIME)
THE PA SYSTEM IS SUPPLIED BY THE VENUE.
NOT ALLOWED TO BRING AND ADD EXTRA SPEAKERS-SUBWOOFER OR ANY AMPLIFIED MUSIC INSTRUMENT.
THE VOLUME IS PRE-SET UP DO NOT CAUSE NOISE OUTSIDE THE ROOM AND THE BUILDING
EVENTS CHECK IN GUEST previous agreed with me to come over for decoration and loading drinks etc according with my availability
VERY IMPORTANT RULE ABOUT CHECK OUT:
Guest Must clear the studio by all their belongings(drinks-decoration-etc)at the end of the event.
In the event of late check out sunday to friday the all amount of the deposit will be kept. We are not responsible for lost item in the property.
A security deposit of 300£ is request before the check in and is 100% refundable after max 3 working days by bank transfer.
Check in /check out for workshop-classes-photo/video shoot is flexible and can start from the early morning
