-Noise Levels: Respect the surrounding community and other occupants of the building by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume.
-Decorations: Use of decorations must be approved in advance and should not cause damage to the property. Open flames, such as candles, may be prohibited in certain venues.
-Any damage caused during the event will be the responsibility of the renter.
-Security Deposit: A 20% security deposit is required to cover any damages or additional cleaning required after the event. This deposit will typically be refunded after the event, provided the space is left in its original condition.
