Booking & Event Management
• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (if applicable) and written confirmation from our team
• Please adhere to the agreed start and end times. Additional time may be subject to extra charges
• Please do not exceed capacity limit for safety reasons
Bar & Alcohol Policy
• No Outside Alcohol: Only drinks purchased from Quiet Night Inn are permitted on the premises
• Challenge 25 Policy: We operate a strict ID policy. Guests who appear under 25 may be asked to provide valid ID
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated
Food & Catering
• In-House Catering Only: External catering is not permitted unless previously agreed upon
• Allergies: Please inform us of any food allergies in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment
Use of Facilities
