The Classroom space is one of the indoor spaces available to book at the Story Garden. Nestled among the fruit trees and growing beds, the space offers a suitable indoor meeting space with a connected outdoor terrace to break out between sessions and direct access to the public garden space.

At 6m x 5m, the space can host 25 seated / 40 standing and can be set up for workshops, talks, meetings, screenings or away days. If your team is looking for a chance to escape a traditional office environment and think differently, the Story Garden Classroom can do just that.
Additional amenities also available: Projector hire, Flipchart, Tea and Coffee Service.

Our garden is strategically located in the heart of London, easily accessible via public transport (Zone 1 and 2). What sets us apart is that our spaces are not just places; they are the physical embodiment of our mission, designed and built in collaboration with local young people and community groups.

About Story Garden

Story Garden has grown from an empty brownfield site into a thriving community garden. It is a garden of 1000 hands-nestled in-between big institutions (British Library, Francis Crick Institute, and St Pancras International Station) which has been transformed from a large empty concrete car park into a place where food and nature is grown and communities are created.

The site is built using reclaimed material from the surrounding area with the help of volunteers. The garden serves as a green oasis in the heart of London and has a range of unique spaces available to hire, each set amongst the fruit trees and veg patches. The Story Garden and its indoor spaces are available to hire out for meetings, training and away days, and social gatherings. All profits made from venue hire help us maintain the garden and fund our work with local communities.

Our spaces offer flexibility in terms of layout, free Wi-Fi, access to flipcharts and projector. If you are after something a bit different to your average meeting room, a bright space to run a workshop or looking for the perfect space to get the creative juices flowing at your next away day, then you are in the right place. We have 3 purpose-built indoor spaces, all with a unique character.
