Can the room be re-arranged to suit the event?
Yes, however we limit this to just moving around the table and chairs and allow for minimal room decorations such as standing balloons etc.
Can own food be brought in?
Yes but a contract has to be signed and the Hotel will not be held responsible for any issue that occur where the food is concerned.
Whats the room capacity?
Seated, the room accommodate 30 people. Standing the room could hold up to 50.
Terms & Conditions (The New London Carlton Hotel, Breakfast room Hire)
We are The New London Carlton Hotel. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our breakfast room and any associated services which we agree to provide to you (“Services”).
1. Provisional booking
A provisional booking does not constitute a legal agreement between the parties. After a defined period provisional bookings are automatically released to free space for confirmed bookings. All days quoted are working days.
2. Confirmed bookings
A confirmed booking constitutes a legal agreement between the parties. A confirmed booking comprises the terms set out in the booking form and these terms and conditions (“your agreement”). A form setting out your provisional booking will be sent to you by email and, on receipt of your acceptance of the booking details and these terms and conditions, the booking will be deemed confirmed.
The number of delegates stated at the time the reservation is confirmed will determine
• The room size allocated and
• The cancellation charge in the event of cancellation
No reduction will be permitted should attendees fail to show up for meeting.
All charges are exclusive of local taxes
This standard cancellation policy applies unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
50% refund 14 days prior to the Space Experience (Room Hire)
• In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days before the Hire Period is to begin then 50% of the Space Fees will be refunded to the Guest.
