There are 2 rooms which both hold 50 guests each. The best room for private guests, Birthday Groups etc is the back room which is also the dj room.

The booking process was very efficient and straightforward, which was appreciated.
However, I did experience some difficulty when trying to cancel well in advance—despite following the cancellation guidelines provided by Tagvenue, the venue owner was reluctant to issue a refund and insisted the notice period was insufficient. I was ultimately able to resolve the matter through Tagvenue support. Just a word of caution: if there’s a chance you may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, be aware that securing a refund may not be straightforward, even if you cancel with significant notice.

I liked the space, it was good for the amount of people
The fact that Tony did not disclose to me thst I didn’t pay for the space, I only paid for the tab, when I clearly wanted private hire. He told one of the workers that because a lot of my guests didn’t show we had to let strangers into the space. Because people left early he made us finish up early. He did not communicate this with me.

Great venue and location. perfect size venue for the number of people who attended. Clean toilets, good sound system and handy room in the back to keep gifts and boxes and coats etc.
Unfortunately the bar tender was extremely rude and unprofessional. she was the only staff member initially and I don’t think she was expecting so many guests for some reason and felt overwhelmed on her own. She was quite rude to a few guests and seemed in an overall bad mood when serving everyone. She also told us they had no license for children to be in the venue even though the owner had told me previously that children were fine as it was a private event. The second bar tender who came was lovely and super helpful however.
