Overtime and Overstay
Hire time includes both setup and breakdown. Any use of the venue beyond the agreed hire time constitutes overtime and will be charged accordingly. A grace period of up to 15 minutes is permitted subject to prior notice and operational feasibility.

0–15 minutes: £50
15–30 minutes: £100
30–45 minutes: £200
45–60 minutes: £250
60+ minutes: £250 per hour (or part thereof) thereafter

It was a lovely venue for a small intimate wedding. It was a beautiful place and had rave reviews from everyone that attended. The lighting was perfect and Danny was on hand to help at the beginning of the day. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The room was excellent - much larger than it appears in photos, it has a really nice set up, two private toilets, dim-able mood lighting, and a speaker for our use. Paddy was very accommodating on our arrival, and did not interfere with the party. On the day, we had no complaints.
We had some issues with initial communication with the venue, and this took a good deal of perseverance on our end to sort out. This was especially difficult as we were travelling at the time.

Great venue and we were really able to make the space our own. The reception team were really helpful on the day and Paddy was very helpful and informative in the run up to the event.
The kitchen is rented out during the week so you won't have full run of the fridge/freezer space.
