About this space

Garrick Room is the perfect room for conference meetings, workshops, and other smaller event and activities. There are tables and chairs, and an optional portable smart tv that can be linked to laptops via HDMI cable.

Size: 29m2

Capacity: 20 standing/seated. 12 U-shaped seating.

Large windows and lots of natural light, air filter unit.

You are welcome to bring your own catering, or catering can be provided.
We also provide a full fitted kitchen at a nominal additional charge if desired.

For half day business meetings or trainings (3 hours or more) we provide free hot drinks, filtered water and biscuits included in the hire price. Please request when booking.

Host rules

We do not host any parties for organisers or attendees who are between the ages of 15 and 19.
This means the party organiser, or the person for whom the party is being held, must be either 14 or under, or 20 or older.

Outside catering is allowed, wicked based chaffing fuel is permitted). Please note GEL BASED CHAFFING FUEL cannot be used at all in the centre.
There is a kitchen for hire if you wish.

Alcohol allowed.
Any parties where minors are present must be accompanied by a over 18 parent or guardian inside the party space at all times.

For evening parties all guests must vacate by 11pm (10:30pm on Sundays).

The venue must be tidied and left clean (floor swept) and all decorations removed on
the day at the end of the event. Refuse and recycling facilities are provided.

No smoking anywhere in the building including vapes/e-cigarettes.

Any external contractors (bouncy castles, catering, sound systems, entertainment, etc) must be properly insured.

Please note the venue is in a residential area, please respect the local residents when using the centre.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The venue was perfect for my event, the staff was super professional and communicated well with me from the time of my booking to me having my event. The space was great, water and glasses were available for the guest. The team on site was helpful and was always ready to attend to my needs.

The lighting in the room wasn’t so much a issue but I would of liked to of been able to have the lights brighter. This would of benefited the guest more.

OneStonegrove is a superb venue for events, conferences and parties of all kinds, including family, business, and community events. Our largest room can accommodate up to 120 guests, and both halls have separate external entrances/exits for ease of access.

Our rooms feature speakers and LCD screens to enhance your experience and to make planning your event easier, and a small cafe/commercial kitchen (fridge, freezer, counter space, washing up facilities, full hob and oven) is available for use upon request.

Chairs and tables are included in all bookings and the spaces are suitable for all types of decorations and additions to make your event extraordinary.

The main hall has a high ceiling and can even accommodate bouncy castles and other activities requiring lots of space.

Office space is available for exclusive or co-working/remote hire on a short-term basis.

Free parking is available on site, or nearby Green Lane, King's Drive or Nightingale Way.
