We had our staff Christmas party at the private room and enjoyed our time at ArrossQD, food was delicious and staff are welcoming and attentive.
Staff didn't have a good knowledge of the menu served, our table was served for 12 people although we were supposed to have 10 so we ended up moving tables around, but it wasn't too much of an issue. We didn't have full privacy as there is no door to the room, only curtain and staff opted to have it open and as we were close to the toilet which was used by the public, we had many nosey people coming in and peering through which was a little odd.

Yes, the private space is equipped with an AUX connection for music. A projector and screen are also available for guests to use.
The Lounge is equipped with a projector. Please let the venue know if any additional AV support is needed.
No, the private dining space is not directly wheelchair accessible. However, for guests with limited mobility, access can be assisted via the service lift entrance on Wells Street, and restroom facilities are located upstairs.
A TV can be provided for presentations if required.
