Hidden beneath the Mitre, Old Mary’s is named after a story of love and tragedy and home to our very own secret speakeasy serving up classic cocktails and craft beers and who knows, maybe the spirits aren’t just in the cocktails.
The story of Old Mary is one of love, intrigue and tragedy, and now cocktails and craft beers too in what used to be the servant’s quarters of the original house.

The veggie burgers tasted amazing, the rest of the food was very good too!
The buns on the burgers were all a bit hard and it would have been good to have a proper sign to indicate which burgers were veggie and which had meat in them (the quality of the veggie ones made it too hard to tell!)
The team were really fantastic. Super friendly and flexible, helpful and all round great! Drinks were really good and all my guests remarked how much they liked the venue. Looking for an excuse to book again with this venue, thank you so much
