About this space
A DISTINCTIVE SETTING WITH ROYAL CONNECTION
The Hall of India and Pakistan is our largest function room. The original floor to ceiling wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for a variety of events including conferences, meetings and fine dining. The room has an optional partition which forms two smaller meeting rooms making it ideal for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. This room is fully air conditioned.
The adjoining, timeless theatre style bar enhances the atmosphere and enables continuous drinks service.
The Hall seats 120 guests on round tables since its recent refurbishment (2023).

CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstances the Event Date is terminated or cancelled, the Client should notify Six Park Place in writing of such cancellation and the following terms will apply:-
• Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the Event Date –
100% refund of the Minimum Catering Spend/Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 89 days and 60 days prior to Event date –
25% payable by the Client of the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 59-30 days prior to Event Date –
50% payable by the client of Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days prior to Event Date –
All deposits paid for the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire is retained in full.
In the event that the deposits paid do not cover the Suppliers committed costs then a subsequent invoice will be issued and payable by the Client within 15 days of the invoice date.
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In this instance the Supplier will pay a full refund if an alternative date is not available or an alternative venue is not agreeable with the Client.
