I liked the position and the service, the room was spacious enough for our group and, when needed help, the staff came immediately.
About the catering, the coffee was a bit cold and the pastries too. Overall it was good but it would have been better to have a place where to leave all the dirty crockery.

Staff were so welcoming, helpful, professional - and amazing, nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to help in all ways. Food was very good and very plentiful - large portions of delicious food - all served hot and with a smile! Highly recommended - our event ran smoothly, timely and we had a great time, thank you everyone there!
Only very slight negative is the distance from the tube stations! Nothing negative about our evening at the hotel and the event, we all had a great time and would come back.

We had a corporate Christmas Party at the Titchfield Suite (private room) for 33 people. The room has speakers and projector, which is great to organise some entertainment for the guests. The communication before the event as well as organisation and service at the actual event were great. The team has accommodated us really well, taking into account all our requests. The table and the room were really well decorated, and the food was good. It was also possible to make some last minute changes. Overall, the event went great and it was definitely worth the price.
