Our studio will be perfect for various uses - starting from photo/video shoots, workshops, events, pop-up shops, and classes to even film screenings and art exhibitions.

-Outside catering is allowed
-Parties and live music are not allowed
-No alcohol allowed after 10pm
-Smoking or use of smoke machines are strictly prohibited in
the studios and building and a large fine will incur if breached.
- Loss of keys/fobs will result in fines
-must lock the door after your booking has finished or you will be held accountable for any damages incurred.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Great space, great facilities, great results!

Spacious studio for good price, easy access from the street, big windows, nice coffee shop next door for oat lattes and croissants. Equipment included which is great in case huge windows are not enough.

watch out for the Sunday parking - it ain't free if the west ham game is on (more advice than a negative btw)

Great service and facilities

Very helpful, friendly team running the studio, super responsive and very comprehensive info was provided. They went out of their way to help make sure we had everything we needed which was much appreciated.
