About this space

Newly reopened after a year-long refurbishment project which has seen a brand-new new roof being installed amongst other exciting new design features!  The NMM is a meeting of classical 19th-century grandeur and innovative modern architecture. The event spaces, known as Ocean Map on the mezzanine level and as The Streets on ground level, offer a unique mix of old and new architecture, in a world class environment.

The Streets are the ideal space for receptions and pre-dinner drinks, while your guests view the varied and amazing exhibits the Museum has to offer. The Ocean Court mezzanine is where your guests will retreat to a wide open space with high ceilings, suitable for gala and awards dinners, with the possibility of adding a dancing area. On warm evenings, receptions can be hosted under the adjacent stone colonnades with sweeping views across Greenwich Park.

It is the ideal space for award ceremonies, gala dinners, product launches and seasonal parties with a capacity of up to 550 for dinner and 1000 standing.
