Communication was good until 1hour before the event end when we were told to leave 30 min before the booking end time as kids were not allowed after that time. We had indicated at the start that we would have kids and most of our guests came with kids. They did not realise this until 1 hour before end of booking which was complete miscommunication. After a lot of back and forth with them instead of spending time with our guests they let us stay till the end of booking because they hadn’t communicated about it to us. There was no full space booking after we left but we still had to ask all our guests to leave as they had kids which was a bummer.
