The Prince Consort Rooms is the HAC’s largest and most versatile space. With a dedicated entrance through a pretty courtyard, an adjoining outdoor Terrace and a separate registration area. The space itself has an impressive vaulted ceiling, painted brick walls and a polished, solid wooden floor.

The Prince Consort Rooms are an exceptionally sleek and stylish venue that incorporates elements of the HAC's history. Perfect for conferences, annual general meetings, awards ceremonies and more. The vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and the abundance of natural light coming from the skylights give the Prince Consort Rooms plenty of character while still remaining a blank canvas for your corporate event.

Conference Offers

The Prince Consort Rooms at the HAC has been refurbished to perfectly suit the needs of conference organisers. With its own entrance through a pretty courtyard, the large space can host up to 400 in a theatre-style, 350 for a dinner and dance and 690 for a drinks reception. Just off the main entrance is a handy room which can be used as an organiser’s office or green room and there is a lovely astro-turfed sun terrace also at your disposal.

The Prince Consort Rooms is an elegant contemporary room offering a blank canvas that's adaptable to any need. For reception drinks on warm summer evenings, we can also offer outdoor receptions on the pop-up terrace or in the Artillery Garden.

After you exchange your vows, our team can transform the space into a magnificent dining and dancing area for your reception while you and your guests enjoy drinks and take pictures outside.

As we are reopening Searcys venues, we make sure that each space gets
accredited with “We’re Good to Go” industry standard, launched by VisitBritain, UK’s
national tourist board.

This means that each venue adheres to the respective Government and public
health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and checks we have
the required processes in place.

It is fully supported by Meetings Industry Association (MIA) that encourages event
venues to apply for consumer-facing accreditation.

About The HAC

The HAC is quite unlike any other City venue; a magnificent Georgian house set in a five-acre garden hidden away in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from Moorgate.

Inside this unique, historic London venue offers a wide variety of event spaces for everything from conferences, meetings and awards dinners to summer and Christmas parties and of course wedding ceremonies and receptions. From small meeting rooms for 10 people through to the Prince Consort Rooms which seats up to 400 guests, the HAC is able to offer the perfect setting for every type of event.

Outside the stunning five acres, Artillery Garden provides the ideal backdrop for all these events as well as being available to hire for sports such as cricket, rugby, softball, and football as well as company fun days, team building and barbecues.
