Looking to hire a unique private meeting room or event space?

Voxonica is a new venue located in vibrant Shoreditch, East London.

The venue is housed under the East London overground railway line in a former shipping and export depot, walking distance from Old Street and Shoreditch High Street stations.

The venue can accommodate 12 seated for meetings, 22 seated theatre style for presentations or up to 40 people standing.

The immersive and chic private event space has been meticulously renovated with parquet flooring, arched ceiling with Victorian-era exposed bricks and recycled timber fittings. The venue comes equipped with projection facilities, large dining or meeting table, 22 seats, fast and reliable wifi access, PA and a spacious private courtyard.

The venue can also recommend suppliers for any catering, coffee or drinks requirements. There is no buyout fee if you wish to manage your own catering and drinks.

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 7+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 1 - 6 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 1 day prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Voxonica can be hired for various events 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm. Discount available for block bookings.


About Voxonica

Looking for a new space for your next event? Voxonica is an intimate popup, meeting and event space located on Crooked Billet Yard in Shoreditch. The venue is housed under the East London overground railway line in a former shipping and export depot.

The immersive and intimate event space has been meticulously renovated with parquet flooring, timber fittings, floor to ceiling display shelf, Victorian-era exposed bricks, arched ceiling, vintage cast-iron and glass door entrance and a picturesque timber and glass feature wall. The venue comes fully equipped with projection facilities, fast wifi, a PA and a great private courtyard space.

Voxonica can be hired for various events including art exhibitions, children's birthday parties, experiential events, fashion shows, influencer events, meetings, networking, photographic shoots, press launches, pop-ups, product launches, retail and sample sales, screenings, supper clubs or workshops.
