🚫 No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
🚫 No open food or hot meals to avoid damage.
🚫 Do not unplug or move cables unless clearly instructed.
You may bring beverages, but only in sealed containers or cups with lids to minimise spill risk.
Use the two available sets freely.
Please leave the studio tidy — take all rubbish and belongings with you.
Please contact our receptionist for bathroom access.
Please treat the space and equipment with care. You’re responsible for any damage that occurs during your booking.
If anything gets damaged, stops working, or seems off — let us know straight away during your session so we can help.
Unreported damage or missing equipment may result in a charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
For safety and security, a Ring camera is installed in the studio.
It will only ever be checked in the event of suspected theft, damage, or misuse.
By booking, you agree to this. The footage is securely stored and only accessed if absolutely necessary.
Please arrive on time and wrap up your session promptly — overtime may be charged if you run over.
Reset the space before you leave: put equipment back, tidy up, and leave things as you found them.
The person booking the studio is responsible for all activity during the session.
If anything doesn’t seem right when you arrive, please let us know.
Please keep your belongings with you. We’re not able to take responsibility for any lost or left-behind items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future bookings if the space is misused or if these terms are not followed.
