- No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere inside the building.
- Alcohol may only be consumed on site with prior written permission and in compliance with licensing laws.
- All equipment must be used as instructed and returned in the condition it was provided.
- No unauthorised changes to lighting, cabling, or set layouts without approval from the studio team.
- Any damage to the space, equipment, or fixtures must be reported immediately.
- Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits and not disrupt other tenants or neighbours.
- Guests must vacate the space by the agreed booking end time to avoid additional charges.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Animals are only permitted with prior agreement and must be supervised at all times.

Located in Fulham, this purpose-built studio offers a flexible, fully equipped environment for high-quality content production, featuring multi-camera capabilities up to 6K resolution, five permanently pre-lit sets, customisable lighting rigs, a choice of green, black, or white cyc walls, LED backdrops, and large-format displays.

The studio is sound-treated for crisp, clean audio and equipped with high-speed connectivity, while a dedicated virtual gallery enables live direction and can manage up to 80 simultaneous content channels, making remote collaboration effortless, and the space is also supported by an experienced in-house crew who can handle technical setup, live streaming, and production management, allowing you to focus on your content.
