About this space

A slim and versatile studio space situated in a modern building amongst the bustle of Hackney Central. The studio has a proto-industrial style defined by the suspended steel service ducting, concrete floors and bright white walls. It is long and thin with a floor area around 5160sqft. It measures H3.8/3.3m x W4.2m x L11.8m

A large fixed east-facing window means the studio gets excellent sunlight in the morning, looking down Morning Lane. It also benefits from good strip lighting. There is an effective ceiling-mounted heating/cooling unit. A sink with a hot water tap, housing a small tea-making area, alongside WCs, are positioned in the communal corridor next to our other studio 101. These you could rent together if you so wish, using 102 as the set-up / chill space whilst the main focus happens in 101.

Two flights of wide stairs lead up to the first floor and the studio which is accessed via a wide landing and a +1m wide corridor. Access via lift is also available.

Parking: On-street metered parking on Chatham Place with private parking on Belsham Street and Tesco car park via apps JustPark and YourParkingSpace. Loading is best via Chatham Place.
