Description:
This is a bright, flexible studio in a modern building in Hackney Central. The area is busy and easy to reach. The space has a proto-industrial feel with exposed steel ducting, concrete floors, and white walls.
The studio is roughly square and around 1,100 sq ft. Dimensions are approx. 3.8m high (3.3m clear), 8m wide, and 12m long.
A large, fixed south-facing window brings in strong natural light during the day. Strip lighting is also installed. There’s a ceiling-mounted heating and cooling unit.
A sink with hot water sits just outside the studio, along with a small tea area and WCs.
Access is via two wide flights of stairs to the first floor. The studio is reached from a wide landing and a corridor over 1m wide. Lift access is also available.
