The interior is open-plan with floating walnut veneered units in the living area and main bedroom. White gloss units with inbuilt record decks in the lower ground floor living/kitchen area. The walls are covered in stretched cream/beige fabric panels and black glass.
Two capsule rooms, one is upholstered in off-white private jet plane fabric and has a Space Odyssey vibe, the other has floating blue leather upholstered seating and fabric walls. The concrete-walled garden features swimming pool steps and huge architectural plants.

Day rate - 09:00 to 18:00 for up to 15 people starts at £700.00 (no VAT), longer days are possible.

Host rules
- The public liability insurance will be needed.
- The swimming pool steps are not attached – please don’t climb.
- Basement toilet has a better flush!
- Please don’t remove the print from the wall in the main bedroom.
- No heels in either bathroom, the glass mosaic tiles will crack.
- Food and drinks to be consumed in the kitchen/basement area only.
- No standing on the brown velvet surround of the bed in the main bedroom when wearing shoes, as the velvet marks easily.
- No shoes on the blue leather seating and no standing on the fabric between this bench seating and the large window unless the fabric is fully protected.
- Please be extra careful of the walnut veneered wall units in the living area and main bedroom, the walnut veneer cannot be replaced and will scratch if anything is leaned against it.
- Please make sure the front door is not left open
- All rubbish needs to be taken with you. If this is not possible, please leave bagged rubbish in the basement/kitchen area only.
- Used coffee grounds in a black bin bag, please - not down the drain.
- If moving furniture, please lift as opposed to dragging across the floor!

Mid–century modern/LA vibe to this end-of-terrace 3-storey house for photo shoots and film shoots, close to Victoria Park and The Regents Canal. The concrete-walled garden features swimming pool steps and huge architectural plants.
The property is not overlooked and benefits from lots of natural light. Perfect for crew and unit vehicles too, there is a car park next to the house. Very little through-traffic.
