Welcome to our creative dance space with a full length ceiling to floor mirror performance wall and sprung dance flooring and optional ballet/dance bars this makes for the perfect dance studio.

As with all of our spaces the room is versatile, with the use of black drapes the mirrored wall can be covered, and the space can be used for a wide range of events.

The room includes sprung harlequin dance flooring, a full-length mirrored wall, blackout drapes, a PA system, a hearing loop, and an assistance alarm.

Host rules

No smoking in the building.

No outside catering permitted - only approved caters.

Theatre equipment can only be used if a Boardwalk technician is present.

Alcohol may be served/provided in & by the venue with prior permission by The Boardwalks Events manager.

Any marketing or signage with The Boardwalk name or logo must be pre-approved by the Events manager prior to being shared.

The Boardwalk is a nut-free building.

All publicity information and material, e.g., posters, press releases, and advertisements relating to the renter's lease, must refer to the venue as The Boardwalk.

Access to the premises will be permitted only during the times booked in advance by the Renter and shown on the booking confirmation.

Any additional use of the premises not agreed upon in advance, either before (preparation time) or after (delay in clearing the premises), will result in additional charges.
