About this space
Our huge atrium is the model exhibition and networking space from showing your art to in person informational exhibitions. The space is used regularly for serving hospitality to event bookers.
In the past the space has hosted catwalks, live music, evening receptions, markets - this large bright welcoming space helps top off all events. Modern individual meeting spaces are hosted across the main foyer for those team meetings, one to ones, catchups.
This space can be used by all bookers when in the venue, there is also the opportunity to hire this space exclusively.

Host rules
No smoking in the building.
No outside catering permitted - only approved caters.
Theatre equipment can only be used if a Boardwalk technician is present.
Alcohol may be served/provided in & by the venue with prior permission by The Boardwalks Events manager.
Any marketing or signage with The Boardwalk name or logo must be pre-approved by the Events manager prior to being shared.
The Boardwalk is a nut-free building.
All publicity information and material, e.g., posters, press releases, and advertisements relating to the renter's lease, must refer to the venue as The Boardwalk.
Access to the premises will be permitted only during the times booked in advance by the Renter and shown on the booking confirmation.
Any additional use of the premises not agreed upon in advance, either before (preparation time) or after (delay in clearing the premises), will result in additional charges.

The Boardwalk is a vibrant, creative and accessible events venue in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City, which offers an array of meeting, performance, studio and event spaces for hire.
The venue offers flexible spaces, from a 120 capacity theatre to 7 studios and meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10-90 people and suitable for a range of activities including corporate events, conferences, dance rehearsals, creative workshops, performances and many more.
The Boardwalk is managed by innovative arts charity, Impact Arts.
