About this space

Our Whole Basement is available for hire and includes two meeting rooms, a main breakout space, and kitchen facilities. The rooms included in the Whole Basement hire are:

- The CoLab – A dynamic space for up to 25 people (depending on layout), equipped with a projector, screen, whiteboard, and flipchart
- The Meeting Room – A 10-person boardroom featuring a 42" screen, flipchart, and whiteboard

The main area offers breakout spaces, kitchen facilities, and a private booth. Additionally, the basement includes two toilets and a shower.

Please note that this room is located in the basement level which is only accessible by stairs.

Single serving tea and coffee is included for all attendees on arrival. Additional catering options can be added, including biscuits, cakes, sandwiches, soup and more. Please get in touch to arrange.

Our half-day and full-day rates are more cost-effective than the hourly rate. We also offer a 20% discount on Mondays and Fridays, as well as a 10% discount for registered Scottish charities. If a booking is beyond your budget, please get in touch - we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
