Supervenue Terms

Supervenue Program Terms and Conditions

The Supervenue Program provides benefits to Venues who have distinguished themselves by reaching and maintaining specific performance goals. You don't need to apply for the Supervenue Program. If you meet the qualifications, your Venue will automatically receive the Supervenue status within 24 hours.

If you as a Venue Owner manage several Venues and one of your Venues is given a Supervenue status, it will be given to that Venue alone. Other Venues under your management are eligible to receive the Supervenue status too once they meet the qualifications.

Tagvenue does not endorse any Supervenue, nor guarantee or control the quality, safety, suitability, or conduct of any Venue Owner, regardless of whether or not a Venue Owner manages any Supervenues. If your Venue qualifies for the Supervenue status, this means you’ve met our Supervenue performance standards, which are measured by an automated system. It does not mean that Tagvenue endorses, certifies or approves the Venue Owner or their listing. You remain entirely responsible for complying with applicable laws and for all your other obligations under our Terms and Conditions.

Tagvenue may terminate the Supervenue Program at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.

  1. Qualifications

    To qualify as a Supervenue

    1. its Venue Owner must have a Tagvenue account in good standing, and

    2. the Venue must satisfy the following minimum performance standards:

      1. Its Venue Owner has 20 or more enquiries and the average response rate of 90% and higher;

      2. Its Venue Owner has 20 or more enquiries and the average response time of 24 hours or less;

      3. If its Venue Owner has 3 or more communication reviews, the average review score must be 4 or higher;

      4. If the Venue has 3 or more venue reviews, the average review score must be 4 or above; and

      5. Venue has to meet the minimum booking conversion rate, which is set in your Tagvenue Account.

    Supervenue qualifications are valid only for the qualification period (defined below), and your Supervenue badge may be revoked if you fail to meet the qualification standards. Supervenue qualifications and performance standards may also be changed from time to time at Tagvenue’s sole discretion.

    Venue Owners can review their Venue’s performance history and eligibility status in the Statistics dashboard.

  2. Supervenue Evaluations

    Qualification is automatically evaluated every 24 hours. If a Venue satisfies the performance standards and other qualifications for the most recent 12 months from the review date and time, then the Venue is automatically eligible to become a Supervenue.

    Supervenue status is automatically revoked at the next review if the Venue did not meet the performance standards during the most recent 12 months. Tagvenue may, but is not obligated to, notify Venue Owners of their Venue’s Supervenue status revocation. Venues who have had their Supervenue status revoked may regain their Supervenue status again if they meet the qualifications for the most recent previous 12 months on that review date and time.

    If your Venue qualifies to become a Supervenue, a badge indicating its status as a Supervenue will automatically be added to your Venue Profile and its thumbnail in the search results on Tagvenue Platform for as long as it continues to qualify. Occasionally this may take some time for our automated systems to process. The delay in the appearance of the badge doesn't impact your Venue’s Supervenue status. If you wish to turn off your Supervenue badge, please contact Tagvenue.

  3. Supervenue Badge

    Any use of the Supervenue badge not specifically allowed by these terms is not permitted. You are not allowed to use or display your Supervenue badge outside of your Profile on Tagvenue.

    Qualifying as a Supervenue does not give you any ownership or other proprietary rights in the Supervenue badge or other Tagvenue intellectual property, other than as provided in these terms. Tagvenue retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Supervenue badge, trademark, and other protected materials.

  4. Being a Supervenue

    We want Venue Owners to be proud of their Venue’s Supervenue status, but please don’t:

    • Claim to be endorsed by, an agent or representative of Tagvenue, or otherwise misrepresent your association with Tagvenue.

    • Use your Supervenue badge in association with any materials that are false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, harassing, illegal, or that violate the rights of any third party

    • Commercialize the Supervenue badge (such as by creating, importing, or selling merchandise with the Supervenue badge or by displaying your Supervenue badge on third party websites or mobile applications).

  5. Indemnity

    You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Tagvenue harmless from all claims, suits, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, associated with your misuse of the Supervenue badge or with any false or misleading statement, act or omission by you in relation to your designation as a Supervenue.

  6. Termination

    Participation in the Supervenue program is a privilege, not a right. Your Venue’s Supervenue status, privileges, and license to the Supervenue badge may be revoked at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or the Tagvenue Terms & Conditions applicable to you. Your Supervenue membership, privileges, and license to the Supervenue badge will be automatically suspended or terminated if: (a) you no longer meet the qualifications, (b) stop accommodating events, or (c) your listing or Tagvenue account is suspended or cancelled, as the case may be.

  7. Disclaimer

    THE supervenue BADGE AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED HEREUNDER "AS IS." TAGVENUE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SUPERVENUE BADGE OR SUPERVENUE STATUS IS NOT IN ANY WAY AN ENDORSEMENT BY TAGVENUE OF ANY VENUE OWNER OR LISTING.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    TAGVENUE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SUPERVENUE PROGRAM.

  9. Severability

    If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  10. Updates to the Terms

    We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Tagvenue website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. We may also notify you about the modifications to these terms by email. By continuing to use Tagvenue Platform, after we have posted a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If the modified terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to stop using Tagvenue.

    We may also entirely discontinue the Supervenue program at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
