About this space
Our indoor space is equipped with mats and props for up to 12 participants. Accessible by FOB entry, the door can be locked during events for added security. The bright and inviting space can also be made more private by drawing the blinds that look into the hotel hallway.
Flameless candles are available for a softer evening atmosphere. The room is centrally heated to 22 degrees, switching to 25 for the last scheduled class of the day. A whisper-silent hot/cold fan is also available for quick temperature adjustments.
The manager of space will meet you upon arrival to give access to the studio space before the event.

About Samadhi Shala
Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for both the local community and hotel guests to maintain their wellness routine. At our studio, we believe that home is not just a physical space, but a feeling that you can create within yourself. That's why our slogan is "Find your way home".
We are situated within The Westin Bayshore Hotel at 1601 Bayshore Drive in Coal Harbour, BC. You can find us on the Lobby Level in the Retail Corridor.
For our classes, we primarily use the indoor studio space, but when the weather allows, we also take advantage of the outdoor private terrace. The terrace is surrounded by fences and trees, providing a secluded and private setting.
