No awkward chairs or fixed layouts here, just flexible seating that fits your flow, however you like to collaborate. Our 50” screen and fast WiFi make sure nothing gets lost in translation, on or off the screen.
From morning brews to midday bites, our fully stocked kitchen and striking island are the unofficial gathering spot.
Convenient access with a double-door entrance, freight elevator for easy load-in, and nearby parking and transit makes hosting effortless.

Host rules
Keep the space private – The unit door must remain closed at all times to respect others in the building.
Catering flexibility – Outside catering is welcome, so you can bring in food and drinks that best suit your event.
Alcohol service – A temporary liquor license is required if alcohol is being served.
Setup – You may move furniture, wall art, and equipment, but please return everything to its original location by the end of your booking.
Respect the space – To protect the studio, no nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls, furniture, or surfaces.
Celebrate responsibly – Glitter, confetti, sparklers, and fire effects are not permitted to keep the space clean and safe.
Leave it as you found it – Dispose of all garbage in the designated bins before departure.
Timing regulations – Building and neighborhood regulations do not allow any guests to remain on the premises past 11:59 PM.
