About this space

King George Bar is a private event space within Elora Distilling Company, an intimate cocktail lounge that centres on the distillery’s house‑distilled spirits.

Design: The room pairs exposed stone walls and heritage woodwork with dark velvet and gilt‑trim seating to create a compact, vintage character. The room's proportions are low and enclosed, producing a cosy, inward-facing interior.

Features: The room includes natural light, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and a PA system with speakers; hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ. The room provides step‑free access and wheelchair‑accessible toilets, and has an on‑site bar staffed by the venue team.

Ideal for: Groups of friends or small work teams are best suited to this space for a relaxed, cocktail‑centred social evening.

What sets it apart: Private guided tastings of the distillery’s gins, vodkas and liqueurs can be arranged for groups in the room.

What guests say: The space has friendly, knowledgeable staff and an eclectic, cosy atmosphere.
