- Outside Food & Drinks Permitted: Feel free to bring your own food and beverages, but please clean up after yourself.
- Pets Welcome: Well-behaved pets are permitted in the space. Please ensure they are supervised at all times.
- Protect Our White Floors: To maintain the pristine condition of our glossy white floors:
- Avoid dragging heavy objects or furniture. Please lift and place items carefully.
- Floor protection may be required for equipment setups that could scuff or damage the surface.
- Studio Equipment Care: All equipment must be handled with care. If you're unsure how to operate something, please ask.
- Noise Levels: While we encourage creativity, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.
- Cleaning & Garbage: Kindly leave the space as you found it. Dispose of garbage in the provided bins.
- Booking Time Includes Setup & Teardown: Please account for your setup and teardown time within your booking period to avoid overtime fees.
- Damage Policy: Any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings may result in additional charges.
