Catering can also be arranged for full venue buyouts, giving you additional options for creating a customized food experience.
Our event food menu is available as part of the booking, with food purchases contributing toward the minimum spend. Decorations are permitted with a full venue buyout, allowing you to further personalize the space for your occasion.

Event Policies & Important Information
Food & Beverage
Le Cafe Brocante is a wine and beer-focused venue. Events may only serve and consume products from La Cerveceria Astilleros and Garden of Granite. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Booking & Cancellation
An event holding fee is required to confirm your booking and will be applied toward your final payment. The holding fee is refundable according to the following cancellation schedule:
30+ days before the event: 100% refund
15–30 days before the event: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the event: No refund
Payment
The applicable minimum spend, along with any additional food, beverage, or event-related charges, is due at the close of the event unless alternate payment arrangements have been made in advance. A credit card must be kept on file for any outstanding charges.
Taxes & Gratuity
A 20% gratuity applies to all food and beverage charges, as well as any venue rental charges resulting from not meeting the minimum spend. Applicable taxes are also added, including 5% GST and 10% liquor tax.
Event Timing
All food and alcohol service ends at 11:00 PM. Events must comply with all current Provincial and Federal health requirements.
Decorations & Damage
Decorations are permitted for full venue buyouts or with prior approval from Le Cafe Brocante. Any damage or repairs resulting from use of the space will be charged to the event group.
Venue Cleanup
Our team takes care of reasonable post-event cleanup, including garbage and recycling removal, sweeping and mopping, and closing the room.
Prices and policies are subject to change. December and holiday event pricing may increase.
