GUEST TIDY-UP & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guests are responsible for basic tidy-up prior to 7:00 PM check-out: placing all trash/recyclables in designated bins, clearing out personal belongings/decorations, and wiping up major liquid spills.
- Any physical damage to the hall, furniture, or farm grounds will result in extra charges or deposit deductions.

VENUE GUIDELINES:
- All events, setup, tear-down, and guest departure must strictly conclude by 7:00 PM.
- BYOB is permitted for private events with $0 corkage fees. Renters are responsible for obtaining any necessary AGCO permits/compliance.
- No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the building. Designated outdoor areas only.
- Open catering allowed (outside food, self-prepared food, food trucks welcome).
- No glitter, confetti, open flames/candles, or wall-damaging tape/nails.
- Rental duration must include your required setup and cleanup times.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Confirmed bookings require a signed rental agreement and proof of Event Liability Insurance prior to the event date.
