All events must begin and end at the times stated in the booking agreement.
Additional time for setup or teardown must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an hourly fee.
Please respect the lounge’s capacity limits as outlined in your event proposal or contract to ensure safety and comfort.
All catering and beverage service must be provided through in house.
No outside food or alcohol is permitted without prior written approval.
Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, floors, or furnishings (no nails, staples, or adhesives).
Confetti, glitter, and smoke machines are not permitted.
Music and entertainment must comply with local noise bylaws.
DJs or live performances should be discussed in advance for sound level coordination.
The District Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
All guests must comply with provincial liquor regulations.
The client is responsible for any damage to the property or equipment during their event.
Basic cleaning is included, but excessive cleanup (e.g., from decorations or spills) may result in an additional fee.
