About this space
In the 1940s these warehouses were owned by John Durst, the pioneer who introduced electric motors to Australia. The history of the space is still evident in the exposed beams, white rendered prick walls, towering ceilings (from 4-7m), concrete floors with ground floor access(you are drive straight in for loading), operational winch, spray booth, grand barn doors, pulley systems and parking on site.
Now the home of Nauti Studios’ creative team, the space has been refreshed with vibrant murals and a variety of indoor plants, bringing warmth and life to the expansive industrial setting.

Host rules
No smoking in the building, but you can smoke outside.
Outside catering and drinks are allowed.
No noise that would disturb neighbours after 10pm.
You can be responsible for cleaning the warehouse after your use, or bring your own cleaner, or pay our fee for our cleaner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
