Host rules
No smoking in the building, but you can smoke outside.
Outside catering and drinks are allowed.
No noise that would disturb neighbours after 9pm.
You can be responsible for cleaning the warehouse after your use, or bring your own cleaner, or pay our fee for our cleaner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Nauti Studios is an artist-run non-profit creative community space with soul. Founded in 2014, we have been supporting artists, makers, freelancers, & creatives with sustainably built, affordable workspaces ever since. Originally located in Stanmore, we moved to the new buildings in Glebe in December 2023 & have been loving it ever since.
As well as hosting many events/projects in our event spaces (like photo shoots, film productions, music sessions, live acoustic gigs, workshops, exhibitions, pop-up markets, product launches, team-building days, content creation, wedding shoots, offsite meetings, & more) the seperate areas of our buildings are filled with workspaces for 50+ creatives.
We’ve got 2 big, beautiful event warehouse spaces (The Deep & The Dock), a sunny deck, lush areas full of greenery, & a multitude of retro furniture you can use for your project or event. Ours is the kind of place people love and remember.
We’re super easy to get to—just a 10-minute bus ride from Central, or a 10-minute walk from Glebe Point Road, one of Sydney’s best spots for food and drinks.
We also have on-site parking & ground-level drive-in access.
