Host rules
No smoking in the building, but you can smoke outside.
Outside catering and drinks are allowed.
No noise that would disturb neighbours after 9pm.
You can be responsible for cleaning the warehouse after your use, or bring your own cleaner, or pay our fee for our cleaner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
