To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service conditions apply, please contact us for details.

The Living Room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.
This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.
Additional Covid restrictions up until 95% vaccination rate or 15th December:
- Fully vaccinated attendees only, please ensure all your guests have their vaccination records available
- QR code check-in mandatory
During office hours includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor rooftop (with our small and friendly team of coworkers) outside of office hours includes exclusive use.
A cleaning fee applies for events that BYO food and drinks and a $500 refundable bond may also apply.

Cancellation policy
Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.

Space, facilities, and amenities were perfect to a baby shower for 30 guests. My family and friends were impressed by the venue. The venue didn't need much to decorate for the baby shower. It was easy to locate. We had an incredible time celebrating my baby shower at Bustle Studios.
Laura was very friendly and quick to response. The space was beautiful and the people there were lovely too. I highly recommend this space for a meeting or a photoshoot :)
Nice informal and funky space. Good atmosphere.
The separated rooms and many chairs made it easy for people to have their own space. Nice looking areas. Good locations for those who dont drive.
One of the airconditioners were broken. Although the venue allows for 80 people standing that does not mean they have 80 sets of cutlery. We had a party of ~30 and ran out of forks very quickly and were told we should go buy our own, mid party. Fridge was quite full upon arrival, we did not have enough room to put the cake, let alone food.

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.

We offer multiple rooms for workshops, team meetings, fundraisers, networking events, product launches, team building, baby showers, small bridal showers and photo shoots.
Our vintage interiors will make you feel inspired and if you would like to create your own event you are welcome to BYO decorations, drinks and catering.
