The Living Room is a beautiful light-filled room perfect for your team off-site, workshop, photoshoot, baby shower or small hens party.
Please note, we’re located in an old heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ kind of vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks during storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a more polished and corporate meeting room then we recommend our mates down the road, Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, and definitely not corporate, then we’d love to have you.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING PARTIES.
To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30pm-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service and special conditions apply, please contact us for details.

The room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, 5G wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.

This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.
BYO food and drinks: If you are bringing in food and drinks there is a cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond if you are bringing alcohol.

No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.

It was a great venue. I love the quirky decor that is not your typical corporate white and grey square room. We will definitely book again for future training in Sydney.
Laura is super easy to communicate with and replies very quickly. The venue is placed in a very convenient location close to the central station! Great place for team bonding and activities!
I really liked the atmosphere of the space - it was more like an Airbnb with considered extra touches than a more traditional meeting space. There was good natural space, and informal spaces (the living area and the deck). Proximity to the train was good. The team was very responsive and helpful in communicating with me about the venue and set up.
I didn't hear the caterer at one point when he dropped foot, so a louder bell would be good.
We held a work team event here this week and it was perfect! Plenty of space, whiteboards, screens and an outdoor terrace area that is such an oasis in the busy city. Laura was awesome to deal with - friendly, informative and prompt. We would definitely book here again.

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.
