The Living Room is a beautiful light-filled room perfect for your team off-site, workshop, photoshoot, baby shower or small hens party.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING PARTIES.

To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session.

Covid Capacities as at 8th November 2021 - Max 30 pax per booking.

Workshop Style (with tables): 20 pax
Theatre/Cocktail style (tables removed): 30 pax

The room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.

If you would like a private bathroom and area to lay out catering, we highly recommend booking 'The Living Room + The Balcony Room'.

This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.

Additional Covid restrictions up until 95% vaccination rate or 15th December:

- Fully vaccinated attendees only, please ensure all your guests have their vaccination records available

Cancellation policy

Custom

Guests may cancel their Booking until 365 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 365 days and 45 days before the event start time and receive a 70% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 45 days before the event start time are not refundable.

About Bustle Studios

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.

To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session.

We offer multiple rooms for workshops, team meetings, fundraisers, networking events, product launches, team building, baby showers, small bridal showers and photo shoots.

Our vintage interiors will make you feel inspired and if you would like to create your own event you are welcome to BYO decorations, drinks and catering.

There is a cleaning fee for any events that BYO food and drinks and a $500 refundable bond.
