The Garden Room is a charming space which can be used for both corporate meetings and private events.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING PARTIES.
Please note, we’re located in an old heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ kind of vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks during storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a more polished and corporate meeting room then we recommend our mates down the road, Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, and definitely not corporate, then we’d love to have you.
To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30pm-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service and special conditions apply, please contact us for details.
The Garden Room has direct access to the outdoor rooftop, weather dependant. The room has a TV with HDMI cable, whiteboard easel which also holds flipcharts, wifi, air-con and chairs and tables. Flipcharts are $50 each.
Covid Capacities as at 8th November 2021 - Max 30 pax per booking.
Workshop Style (with tables): 10 pax
Theatre/Cocktail style (tables removed): 16 pax
There are also two cane armchairs at the front for presenters.
The room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.
This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.
Functions only: If you are bringing food and alcoholic drinks there is a $70 cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond (doesn't apply to meetings).

No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.
A cleaning fee applies for events that BYO food and drinks and a refundable bond may also apply.

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.
