For larger events we recommend combining The Living Room with The Balcony Room extension. This beautiful high ceilinged and light filled room has a decorative fireplace with comfy couch, balcony and private bathroom.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING PARTIES.
Please note, we’re located in an old heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ kind of vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks during storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a more polished and corporate meeting room then we recommend our mates down the road, Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, and definitely not corporate, then we’d love to have you.
To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30pm-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service and special conditions apply, please contact us for details.

The Living Room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.
This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.
During office hours includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor rooftop (with our small and friendly team of coworkers) outside of office hours includes exclusive use.
BYO food and drinks: If you are bringing in food and drinks there is a $150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond (doesn't apply to meetings).

No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.

We had a great time! We recently had a small hens party (15 people). The venue was amazing, super cute, quiet and private. The venue was equipped with everything we needed including cutlery, glassware, two toilets, seating, tv, speakers and a heater. We arrived early to decorate and the space looked absolutely beautiful after! Laura was so easy to contact and would respond to my messages within an hour of sending them. Stefan was who met us at the venue to open up and lock up was so helpful and nice. All the girls said this was the best hens party they’d ever been to and the space was perfect for it !! I would definitely recommend this space to my friends !!!
I can’t think of any negatives. It all went so smoothly!!!
We loved the location and the warm and friendly feel of the space. The service and responsiveness of the team was excellent. We would definitely recommend it for a planning day or meeting.
We forgot that some of our gang have trouble with stairs. The electricals tripped in the kitchen but we managed to get them going again.

Some dishes weren’t clean but this isn’t the venue’s fault. Assuming it was the previous booking

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.
