About this space

For larger events we recommend combining The Living Room with The Balcony Room extension. This beautiful high ceilinged and light filled room has a decorative fireplace with comfy couch, balcony and private bathroom.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE PARTIES, 18TH AN D 21STS ARE NOT VIABLE AT OUR VENUE. possibly small cocktail party groups or evening dinner gatherings are permitted.
Accepting bookings are at the discretion of owners

Please note, we’re located in an old heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ kind of vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks during storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a more polished and corporate meeting room then we recommend our mates down the road, Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, and definitely not corporate, then we’d love to have you.

To keep costs low, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30pm-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service and special conditions apply, please contact us for details. Cleaning fee and refundable bond may apply.

The Living Room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.

BYO food and drinks: If you are bringing in food and drinks there is a $150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond (doesn't apply to meetings).

No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.

Self service:

No staff on-site, contact-free self service.

We will give you the code to get in the front door and how to find your room.

Full instructions with wifi and bluetooth speaker passwords etc will be provided after full payment.

Help yourself to tea/coffee and chilled water from the shared kitchen. Please put all used water glasses and mugs in the dishwasher before you leave.

Glassware, crockery and cutlery hire available for up to 20 pax - $129 including washing up.

You are welcome to move the tables and use the extra chairs available. Please return the furniture to the original position before you leave.

Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bins, turn off the lights and close the front door when you leave.

Full service - $150 extra:

A fully staff member will meet you at the studio at a time convenient for you and return after you leave, to tidy up. Please note, they will not be on-site throughout the whole session. If you need on-site support throughout the entire session please contact us for a quote.

They will let you into the studio and set-up the room in your desired configuration including chilled water and glasses on the table.

Assist you to connect to the wifi, TV and air-con.

The staff member will also tidy up the room and kitchen after you leave, including washing up dishes and placing rubbish in the rubbish bins.

After hours special rates from Sun-Thur 5.30pm - 10pm: special conditions apply, please contact us for full details.

Hustle Studios was perfect for our talent workshop! We had a classroom setup with enough space for our talent and hosts and Hellen was delightful to work with during the booking! Will definitely book again.

Hustle Studios is a unique office space, perfect for small events like workshops, team meetings, networking, team building, baby/bridal showers and photo shoots. We no longer host large gatherings like birthday/bucks parties.
