About this space

For larger events we recommend combining The Living Room with The Balcony Room extension. This beautiful high ceilinged and light filled room has a decorative fireplace with comfy couch, balcony and private bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY LARGE EVENTS LIKE BIRTHDAYS, ENGAGEMENT OR WEDDING PARTIES.

To keep costs low, and the studio and staff Covid Safe, we are now predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable for you we offer full service for an extra $150 per day or evening session. After hours special rates apply from 5.30pm-10pm Sun to Thur only, self service and special conditions apply, please contact us for details.

The Living Room: Workshop Style (with tables): 20 pax

The Living Room has a TV screen with HDMI cable, wifi, webcam, whiteboard which holds flipcharts and air-con.

This room includes access to the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace (weather dependent) which fits up to 30 pax.

During office hours includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor rooftop (with our small and friendly team of coworkers) outside of office hours includes exclusive use.

Functions only: If you are bringing food and alcoholic drinks there is a $150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable bond (doesn't apply to meetings).

The place was brilliant. Such a great space. And it had absolutely everything. It was like holding an event in your own home. It was cosy with all the feels :) It felt so much better holding a conference here than a hotel event space. Very creative and added to the day. Laura was also amazing. Very responsive and I messaged a few times. Always a really quick and helpful response.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Laura gives you freedom to use the space how you like, which enabled us to make it feel more like a wedding reception space. The price is excellent considering what you get for it, and Laura was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my experience.

The only negative was helping people find parking and the entrance was in an awkward spot. It’s good to research parking way in advance so that you can be prepared for how much you will pay.

What. a. venue. Had the most incredible hens party here last Saturday. The balcony was such a fantastic spot - sheltered from the public so we could enjoy the privacy and be as loud as we wanted. The inside is beautifully decorated and makes it feel so homely yet modern. The venue itself is decked out with EVRYTHING you need - from cutlery to music to a projector to extra tables and and ice bucket etc. You have to pay a bit extra to use the plates / cutlery and we didn't do that - but in hindsight I would recommend you too instead of dealing / lugging with all your own stuff. Laura was the most accommodating and gracious host - helping myself and my dad carry all the stuff up the stairs the day before. She also let us come a day early as there wasn't anyone using the space the night before which helped out so much. 100% rate this venue such a little gem and perfect for any kind of party central in Sydney.

About Bustle Studios

Bustle Studios is a registered Covid-Safe venue located by Central Station, making it very accessible. We're a cosy coworking space and a perfect place for small events. Please note we no longer host any large gatherings like birthday, engagement or wedding parties.

We offer multiple rooms for workshops, team meetings, fundraisers, networking events, product launches, team building, baby showers, small bridal showers and photo shoots.

Our vintage interiors will make you feel inspired and if you would like to create your own event you are welcome to BYO decorations, drinks and catering.

There is a cleaning fee for any events that BYO food and drinks and a $500 refundable bond.
