No parties, external speakers or DJ's and no candles. Smoking only allowed on the balcony which is off The Balcony Room.

No staff on-site, contact-free self service.

We will give you the code to get in the front door and how to find your room.

Full instructions with wifi and bluetooth speaker passwords etc will be provided after full payment.

Help yourself to tea/coffee and chilled water from the shared kitchen. Please put all used water glasses and mugs in the dishwasher before you leave.

Glassware, crockery and cutlery hire available for up to 20 pax - $129 including washing up.

You are welcome to move the tables and use the extra chairs available. Please return the furniture to the original position before you leave.

Please place all rubbish in the rubbish bins, turn off the lights and close the front door when you leave.

Full service - $150 extra:

A fully vaccinated staff member will meet you at the studio at a time convenient for you and return after you leave, to tidy up. Please note, they will not be on-site throughout the whole session. If you need on-site support throughout the entire session please contact us for a quote.

They will let you into the studio and set-up the room in your desired configuration including chilled water and glasses on the table.

Assist you to connect to the wifi, TV and air-con.

The staff member will also tidy up the room and kitchen after you leave, including washing up dishes and placing rubbish in the rubbish bins.

Amazing venue! Perfect location, everything you could need for a function, and Laura was fantastic to deal with. A Plated Affair catering was recommended by Laura and was also incredible, my hens murder mystery party went off without a hitch ☺️

Great location, near Central, very easy to get to. Facility was ideal for our workshops, with multiple spaces and rooms to work all together as well as to break out. Laura and her team (we took the full service option) are friendly and have been really good to work with, making our experience refreshingly easy and straight-forward.

Nothing, we'll use Bustle Studios again for sure.

Well stocked, clean, lots of space. Team are easy and friendly to deal with. The space has a lot of natural light, is set up well for presentations using the TV as well as more hands on activities and looks good.

Not a negative exactly, but no matter how well you explain to people how to get in they'll get confused. Make use of the chalkboard signs provided to help minmise this.

Space, facilities, and amenities were perfect to a baby shower for 30 guests. My family and friends were impressed by the venue. The venue didn't need much to decorate for the baby shower. It was easy to locate. We had an incredible time celebrating my baby shower at Bustle Studios.

About Bustle Studios

Bustle Studios is a unique office space, perfect for small events like workshops, team meetings, networking, team building, baby/bridal showers and photo shoots. We no longer host large gatherings like birthday/bucks parties.

We are predominantly Self-service. If this is not suitable we offer full service for an extra $150, details below.

We’re located in a heritage building with a ‘faded vintage glamour’ vibe. Our floors are uneven, the roof leaks in storms, we’re perfectly imperfect. If you’re after a corporate space then we recommend Aeona. If you’re after a creative space that’s inspiring, then we’d love to have you. Dog friendly.

Access via stairs, so we may not be suitable for guests.
