Fossix transforms The Gateway Lounge in the afternoon & evening into a private function and event space. With a curated artisan cheese and premium wine menu, the award-winning interior design is well suited to business functions, team building and social gatherings in the Sydney CBD.

Fossix can cater for small group gatherings from 40 people through to private functions for 150 guests.

Events are enhanced with the drama of the modern interior lounge design, with lighting showcasing the visual excitement of the ceiling and the unique interior architecture.

Guests can experience a selection of exclusive wine’s, beers and spirits that cater to business, social or function needs. Fossix are proud to serve artisan wine from premier wine regions in Australia. Noteworthy regions include Barossa Ranges, Coonawarra, Adelaide Hills, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Tasmania and regional Canberra. Fossix also offer a selection of craft beer together with the critically acclaimed Estrella Damm Inedit, in collaboration with chef Ferran Adria.

A premium artisan cheese selection from Australia and Europe is available, that traverses traditional cheese making regions in France and Spain, through to local regions in NSW, Victoria and South Australia. Tasty finger food selections are available; mini sliders, arancinni, and more sophisticated cocktail pass-arounds.
