Historic New York Style Loft Studio

This room offers plenty of natural light and has rough timber floors. The space can be used for events such as Baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsals, healing courses, brainstorming sessions, photography and filming and numerous workshops or meeting space with beautiful interlocking moveable tables for conference or corporate events or blank space

Softbox lights available for photo shoots

*Surcharges apply for events on weekends or events with alcohol or small children. Bond required
The space is not suitable for loud parties

*Rates provided are for groups of up to 20 people. Please enquire for larger groups as higher rates may be apply

*Min rates for low-impact groups such as corporate use or workshops

*A full day is 8 hours and a half day is 4 hours (hourly rate applied for time extensions) these hours are for corporate-style events and not party events.

*For longer bookings or special requests please enquire, we are flexible

Large area with couches at back. Projector and cables all provided. Helen was very nice and helpful. Plently of chairs for everyone. Nice decor.

Perfect space for our lunch, amazing communication with Hellen, brought in our own food and drinks, flexible space

Location and space were perfect for my team day, as were the facilities in the room. The communication before and on the day with the Studio's organising team was also great.

New York style loft warehouse with white walls and rough timber floors, paper rolls and polyboards available, large barn doors for fresh air but Air-con available, props to use, an old school oasis hidden in inner Sydney.

Used for Meetings and Workshops, Gallery space, Exhibitions, Brainstorming sessions, Rehearsals, Photography, film and casting events.

Events must be finished and departed by 10.30pm on Fri/Sat evenings and 10pm throughout weekdays.
