About this space

The Conference Room at City West Lotteries House is a spacious and versatile venue, ideal for hosting conferences, workshops, training sessions, and events. With a capacity of up to 90 people in a theatre-style setup, the room also features 10 flip-top tables accommodating 4-6 people each, perfect for group activities or breakout sessions.

The space is fully equipped with essential AV equipment, including a data projector, WiFi, and a hearing loop to support participants with hearing impairments. For convenience, a self-catering kitchen is available, complete with crockery, cutlery, glassware, jugs, and serving dishes.

If your booking is scheduled outside of our normal office hours (8:30-5:00), please note that you may need to arrange a time in advance to collect a key or a fob to access the venue. It is your responsibility to contact us prior to your booking to make these arrangements. Failure to do so may result in delayed or denied access.
